- shipping fee is free only if our products are defective in quality;
- Items returned or exchanged should be unworn, unused, unwashed(unless it’s a fading problem), in good shapes, and with their original tags/package.
- Free gifts should be returned to us together with the items.

- How many days do I have to return my items?
You have 30 days for most items to return them, but bodysuits, lingerie, swimwear, jewelry, underwear, event & party supplies, DIY supplies, pet supplies, beauty and accessories are CANNOT BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED.
2. Do I need to pay the shipping fee?It depends on what reason you applied for this return.
- When you received a damaged or defective item, we’ll cover the shipping fee of return, you pay free and can get fully refunds. And there’re another options for you: we resend you a new item and you return the defective item to us; Or you can keep the items and we partially refund you.

3. How do I request return or refunds? And where do I return my items to?

For Paypal, it can take about 1 business day for the refunds to be reflected in your account.
Besides, there is no service charge but you will be responsible for the shipping cost of your return; orders placed separately cannot be returned as one; We don't refund original shipping charges.
